Serious Cidre was my Berlin-based cidre company, making fizzy apple wine from 100% grass-fed Brandenburg apples. In a market dominated by cute labels and sweet cidres, I wanted to create something different: a sophisticated, dry cidre with a distinctive brand that tapped into Berlin’s cultural scene with humor and intention.
