The Project

Ember OFC is a Berlin-based fine dining concept centered around open-fire cooking and shared long-table dinners set in unexpected locations. I joined at the very beginning and helped bring the concept to life across wine lists, menus and website copy, while hosting events for 40 to 150 guests.
